Estuary Bridging the Divide is a 501c(3) organization. Our mission is to bridge the divide in healthcare, education, and technology. This bridge will form an axis of humanity for the 21st century and beyond. We believe that through education you can open many doors of opportunity.

- Our mission is to empower the community by bridging the gap in knowledge and opportunity. We achieve this by providing education and resources to improve health, educational attainment, and financial literacy. Training and workforce development programs to enhance career prospects. Professional development courses for those seeking to acquire new skills. Our subject matter experts develop high-quality course materials that are tailored to the needs of adult learners. We believe that everyone deserves the chance to succeed. By working together, we can build a stronger and more inclusive community.
- We partner with organizations to work on mental health and women's health initiatives, the Office of Minority Health (OMH), U.S. Department of Health & Human Services campaigns to eradicate health and educational disparities.
- We offer assistance to prospective tenants and landlords with professional advice on Section 8 housing and navigating the complexities of the Housing Authority.
- We partner with organizations implementing artificial intelligence (AI) programs to help educate them on the impact on underserved communities. We also provide support with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and training.
- We conduct grant reviews guided by key principles, grounded in what produces the best application and review experiences for all involved. We provide services to both grantors and grantees.
- We provide mentoring and consulting services to business startups and entrepreneurs from underserved communities.
- We collaborate with researchers and invite them to participate in areas that align with our mission.
